Late last week, I learned of someone who needed a bit more autumn in her life. We have plenty to spare around these parts--the trees are almost on fire this week, it's so beautiful--so my helper and I gathered up a box of leaves and packed them off to the post office.
This is not the first time I've done this, and I'm sure it won't be the last. It's a funny thought, perhaps, but fall is such an easy season to send. Winter snow would melt, spring flowers would wilt, but leaves always make it through the mail pretty much intact.
What's the oddest thing you've ever sent by mail?
[Also, congrats to Zane, who won the Beginning Montessori Materials giveaway!]
