And suddenly our plants have become prolific.  I counted 15 luffa gourds the other day, and I'm sure there are more--their color camouflages them in the leaves, which makes them hard to see.  According to the internets they will soon start to turn brown or yellow, and then we can pick and peel them to get to the spongy goodness inside.
